Found while rolling this pattern out to silvarion.base: ansible-lint misparses both changelogs/config.yaml and an auto-generated changelogs/changelog.yaml (spurious yaml[indentation] throughout) -- neither is Ansible content. This repo generates changelog.yaml too now that its release pipeline is live (v1.2.0 already released), so this needs excluding here as well.

Verified: still 0 failures, 0 warnings locally after adding the exclusion.

a plain top-level mapping) and an auto-generated changelogs/
changelog.yaml (spurious yaml[indentation] throughout) -- neither is
Ansible content. This repo will start generating changelog.yaml too
now that its own release pipeline is live (confirmed by the v1.2.0
release just completed), so this needs excluding here as well.
