Three real bugs surfaced only now, since this is the first time antsibull-changelog release/generate has actually been run against this repo:

changelogs/config.yaml's sections map duplicated release_summary, which also names prelude_section_name -- rejected by antsibull-changelog's config validation.
REPOS-1-onedev-role.yml had an unquoted become: inside a plain YAML scalar, parsed as a dict instead of a string.
forgejo-actions-enabled-and-runner-only.yml had an unescaped tasks/runner/*.yml glob, parsed by RST as an unclosed emphasis start-string.

Verified locally in a scratch copy: antsibull-changelog release --version 1.2.0 + generate both now exit 0 and produce a correct CHANGELOG.rst.

Three real bugs surfaced only now, since this is the first time
antsibull-changelog release/generate has actually been run:

- changelogs/config.yaml's sections map duplicated release_summary,
  which also names prelude_section_name -- antsibull-changelog now
  rejects that combination (the prelude is handled separately from
  ordinary sections).
- REPOS-1-onedev-role.yml's bugfixes list had an unquoted "become:"
  inside a plain scalar, so YAML parsed that list item as a dict
  instead of a string (same class of bug as the earlier oauth2.yml
  \t-escape fix).
- forgejo-actions-enabled-and-runner-only.yml's minor_changes had an
  unescaped tasks/runner/*.yml glob, which RST parses as an unclosed
  emphasis start-string.

Verified locally: `antsibull-changelog release --version 1.2.0` and
`generate` both now exit 0 in a scratch copy and produce a correct
CHANGELOG.rst, where they previously failed on each of the three
issues above in turn.
