No functional changes -- same information, cut down to the core non-obvious fact instead of multi-sentence backstory/justification (dates, reproduction steps, "confirmed live" narration, earlier-mistake retrospectives). Usage docs, sequence/reference documentation, and upstream-shaped boilerplate (DOCUMENTATION blocks, argument_specs descriptions) left alone -- this targets inline "why is this here" comments specifically.

Also propagates the shorter .ansible-lint.yml / ansible-lint.yml / release.yml wording already applied in silvarion.repos, keeping this collection's own content differences (the extra collection-install CI step, git add -A).
