No functional changes -- same information, cut down to the core non-obvious fact instead of multi-sentence backstory/justification (dates, reproduction steps, "confirmed live" narration). Usage docs and field-by-field reference schemas left alone.

Also propagates the shorter .ansible-lint.yml / ansible-lint.yml / release.yml wording already applied across the rest of the fleet, keeping this collection's own extra CI step (silvarion.databases install).
